These terms apply when you use businessphoneselect.com.au or submit an enquiry through the website. They relate to use of the website only. Any formal proposal or services supplied by Power Networx will be governed by the terms stated in that proposal or a separate agreement.
1 About the website
The website is operated by Telco Choice Pty Ltd trading as Business Phone Select. It helps businesses compare Yealink, Snom and Grandstream phone options and request a tailored recommendation and quote.
Quotes, supply, installation and support are provided by Power Networx, operated by Power ICT Pty Ltd. Business Phone Select and Power Networx are related companies under common ownership, so Business Phone Select is not an independent comparison service. Requesting a comparison is free and does not oblige you to proceed.
2 Website information and quotes
Information, comparisons and indicative pricing displayed on the website are general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Recommendations depend on the information you provide and may require confirmation of technical availability, compatibility and other requirements.
Any formal written proposal or quote issued by Power Networx will be subject to its stated validity period, conditions and separate terms of acceptance.
